We had one to one training sessions with our spaniel, Bailey, after he began to develop a slightly rebellious streak and lost some of his recall. Over the course of three sessions we saw a marked improvement in Bailey, he's more attentive, less distracted and walking with him has become a pleasure again. We've attended dog training sessions before but found Amy's approach to be a breath of fresh air, helping us understand that each dog is different and that we should work with what drives our particular furry friend. Bailey loved the scurry style games we played and Amy gave us some homework and things to focus on which really helped speed up Bailey's learning. We couldn't recommend Amy more highly to anyone looking for a dog trainer in Hertfordshire.

Amy has helped guide me on my journey with my Springer Spaniel Beau. She provided lots of great advice early days 121 and then we attended her fantastic puppy course. Amy is so knowledgeable, kind and very passionate about both you and your dog having a great time together as you learn together. We enjoyed her training so much we are signed up to Life Skills and her Foundation Scurry which I know Beau will love!

Amy’s Scurry dog classes seem to suit my lively spaniel perfectly. It’s great fun learning how to work as a team and Amy’s classes have also been an enjoyable way to improve on some basic skills (work still in progress!). It’s lovely seeing how excited my spaniel gets waiting for her turn to search, retrieve, sniff etc.

I’ve attended Scurry Dog and Mantrailing sessions with my Labrador retriever for about six months. They’ve been great fun and an excellent way to train your dog while bringing out their natural instincts. Amy is extremely friendly and explains everything clearly, making it easy to understand and progress from beginner level. My dog is always excited to see Amy, which says it all for me!

I've attended the introduction to Scurry Dog with my young Cocker Spaniel. The sessions are well run, varied and lots of fun. Great venue with lots of space. Amy is very knowledgeable and supportive.

I've been working with Amy for several years now with my border collie, Benji and I can't recommend her highly enough. Although we started with her life skills class, we've now been attending her UK Sniffer Dog classes for a good couple of years. Benji loves them and he is always tired and happy at the end of his classes. Amy is really friendly and clear in her instructions, and any time we have been having an issue with what we're working on, she's full of ideas for alternatives. She will always help us to find something that will work for us! Obviously, when I got a second border collie, a little puppy called Shadow, I enrolled him into Amy's puppy classes and he has continued in her life skills classes. With Amy's help, he has developed into a lovely confident and happy boy with (mostly) lovely manners - but most importantly for me, excellent recall!

I have been to two sessions now with Amy for mantrailing with my cocker spaniel. I was nervous about the first session but Amy was so lovely and friendly so quickly put me at ease. The dog absolutely loved it!amy adapted the session to suit our inexperience and made me feel very relaxed. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and immediately booked our next session. Amy is helpful and attentive. She is clearly highly skilled and we are learning so much from her. There is a great community feel to the sessions too. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I am excited to see our progress :)

Amy came round to do some one on one sessions with my dogs. She really knows her stuff and my boys took to her instantly. I recommend her to everyone I know who has dogs. We will be back soon Amy. Thank you Donna. 😊

As first time dog owners, Amy has helped us with training Kobe from the day we got him. He is now a 2 years old energetic, but well behaved Hungarian Vizsla and her training has been invaluable. We have also attended Amy’s courses which have been very helpful and fun for the dogs. Also must mention that Kobe is now totally in love with Amy and her gorgeous pups too! We recommend her company at every opportunity.

Amy is an amazing trainer. She is very professional and friendly. She has a lot of patience and time for each dog and their owners, explaining the training and how to use different ways of training. Tilly and I have learnt a lot already in the 4 weeks we have been going. We look forward to our Saturday training. The group is very friendly and the training is fun which helps the learning. Thank you Amy
